I can't say enough about Brian and Carson. They were professional, patient and most of all made sure I was comfortable with all decisions that had to be made. Brian made multiple attempts to match the floor that was damaged. He went to multiple flooring companies, but to no avail, nothing was even close to the original floor. He came up with a good solution and I love the result. The bathroom and closet look wonderful. Brian was always pleasant and professional. Retro Restoration were FANTASTIC!!..there are not enough words that can truly describe my experience with them!..from the beginning, everyone has been very professional, personable & with excellent work ethics!...i had a nasty flood throughout my house & basically they came in & restored my flooring in hallways, washroom, kitchen, guest bathroom, new carpet in the master bedroom, & new kitchen counters!...i was a bit stressed that it turned out to be a much bigger/major restoration but i was so lucky to have this company to take on this project!...Dennis dealt with my insurance & estimations...he was VERY patient, with great communications & was always there to answer any of my questions/conerns....I lucked out to have awesome crew of Brian, Carson & Kylie!...Brian was the project manager & I could tell he was passionate about what he did!...absolutely GREAT communications, up front with everything, patient, knowledgeable, continously kept me up to date, & over all a well rounded guy who knows his stuff!...Carson (main guy who did the majority of the work) was very skillful with his craft!...he also had great communications, personality & again an over all well rounded guy!...Kylie (even for a brief time) was wonder too!..he came in & fixed a deep scratch in a dry wall & painted a section in the kitchen to match perfectly from the orginal wall....so even though there were minor "hiccups " (as in most reconstructions) , they were very quick to fix it to make it right!..over all, this company has great communications, are professional in every way, continously kept you updated on materials/next steps, reliable, quick to respond to all questions/calls/texts/emails & you can feel/tell they strive for the highest in customer satisfaction!!...I will most CERTAINLY use them again for other "house projects" I have in mind down the future!..without ANY doubt, i HIGHLY RECOMMEND Retro Restoration !!!..they made this overall experience truly "painless " & amazing!!! ...very satisfied & delighted with the end results!..

After experiencing a kitchen leak, retro restoration completed our rebuild. The team, led by Brian, was awesome. Brian was in regular communication throughout the project to provide updates and was consistently available if we needed to call/text with questions.His crew made up of, Kylie and Carson, were thorough and dependable. They treated the work as if it was being done on their own house.In a situation that was less than ideal, Retro Restoration helped to make it simple.
We had major water damage to our basement. This required removal of asbestos in the sheetrock, carpet removable, tile and linoleum removed and replaced, and repainting of the entire area. Damage was extensive. Thanks to Brian, Kylie and Carson for a job done that exceeded all expectations. A big thank you especially to Kylie who detected and prevented a possible future disaster. After our pipes burst in our downstairs bathroom and kitchen sink, we needed a full restoration of our living area. Retro Restoration did an amazing job throughout the entire process and made sure that we were informed at all times. My dishwasher leaked, ruining the wood flooring and resulting in my entire island being torn down and rebuilt. It was a major job involving several subcontractors, who were all skilled and very professional. Retro Restoration was so good to work with. They always responded to me promptly and we're exceptionally professional. The flooring looks brand new and my island looks fantastic. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Retro rebuilt 1 bathroom after a leak, and then a leak that was discovered in our 2nd bathroom. Both bathrooms were rebuilt in a very efficient manner. Timely and professional. I have had nothing but good experiences with Dennis and the crew at Retro Restoration. Our water heater overflowed in the summer of 2021 causing extensive damage to the basement drywall and carpet. Retro coordinated all of the repairs and brought in a painter and also kept in touch with our plumber who had to wait to install the new water heater. This spring we had a leak on an outdoor patio that caused water damage in the kitchen ceiling, and again, Retro took care of the problem promptly and professionally. Hopefully I will never have need to call them again, but if I do I know the job will be done right.

Very professional and friendly. And worked around my schedule to finish the project. Whenever I have a question they always got back to me quickly and even went above and beyond what I asked. The service was excellent, from help with selecting materials, working around scheduling conflicts, and dealing with all the minor issues that come up during a restoration project. They were very responsive, professional, and friendly through a difficult insurance claim process. I recommend them highly.
We had a water leak that basically ruined my wood floor and my cabinet below the sink that required replacing not only the cabinets, but the floor. at the same time, I had a second problem that required my bathroom enclosure to be replaced and all the flooring. Retro Restoration did an amazing job, restored everything looking better than when they started. They are very good at communication as well and always do what they say they will do at the time they say. I can't say enough good things about this company. I recommend them highly.
